Countdown to Halloween – Keep It Fun, Keep It Safe 🎃👻

🎃 Halloween 2026 🎃

Whilst Halloween is still a few weeks away, now is a good time to start thinking about staying safe and respecting our communities.

👻 Witches fly and ghosts may roam,
🎃 But please stay safe when away from home.
🧙 Treats are fun and costumes bright,
🚪 Respect each home on Halloween night.

🍬 Only knock where you're welcome to call,
🏡 If decorations are absent, don't visit at all.
🎭 Be kind, be polite, and stay with your group,
🚫 Don't play tricks that could land you in the soup!

As the Halloween season approaches, Staffordshire Police would like to remind everyone to enjoy celebrations responsibly. Please respect residents, look after younger children, and report any criminal damage, antisocial behaviour, or suspicious activity.

Parents and carers are encouraged to discuss safety with children before they head out trick or treating later this month.
