As we approach the Easter half-term, local officers and PCSOs will be increasing patrols across the neighbourhood to help keep our community safe and enjoyable for everyone.

During school holidays, we often see a rise in reports of antisocial behaviour (ASB), including noise nuisance, vandalism, groups causing disturbances, and unsafe use of off‑road bikes.
We’re asking all residents to stay vigilant and report any concerns so we can respond quickly and effectively.

How You Can Help

Report incidents early – even minor issues help us build a clearer picture of any emerging problems.

Encourage young people in your household to use local facilities and youth activities available over the holidays.

Look out for neighbours, especially the elderly or vulnerable who may feel unsettled by ASB.

Share information – if you see something that doesn’t feel right, let us know.

Local officers will continue to patrol key areas, speak with young people, and work closely with colleagues in Derbyshire Police for cross boarder patrols to keep our neighbourhood safe. Your reports help us take action, target hotspots, and support long-term problem‑solving.
