POLICING OPERATION RESULTS

Over the course of Friday 21st - Sat 22nd November, we undertook a joint Neighbourhood Policing operation with Atherstone & Coleshill Police  initially designed to tackle stolen/nuisance motorcycles in addition to other neighbourhood issues.

Tamworth neighbourhood officers including PCs, PCSOs, Special Constables were joined by colleagues from CPART and Warwickshire.

Officers targeted hot spot locations in both hi-vis and plain clothes, in vehicles, on foot and bicycle. 

⛔ 13 x Stop searches

🚫 3 x Cannabis seizures

🗒 3 x Community Resolution (CR1) for cannabis

⛓ 1 x Arrested for Possession With Intent To Supply - Class B

😱 1 x Knuckle duster seized

👀 1 x Section 18 Search completed

🏍️  1 x Stolen bike recovered

🛵 1 x Community Protection Warning issued to nuisance motorcyclist

🚙 3 x Vehicles seized for no insurance

🚘 3 x Drivers ticketed for no insurance

🗒 1 x Ticket for no MOT

🗒 1 x Ticket for due care & attention

...all this in addition to results by our colleagues across the border.
