We are appealing for information after a man was seen behaving aggressively with a teenage girl in Stoke-on-Trent. We were called at 3.25pm last Saturday (1 November) to Festival Park, Etruria. A white man, in his 40s, was seen holding the 14-15 year-old girl around the back of the neck while walking behind her, shouting at her, before pushing her into a bush. The man, who was bald, was wearing a grey jumper and was around 6ft tall, of a slim build. The girl, who was white, had very long blonde hair and kept apologising to the man. A woman was with the man at the time of the incident. She is described as white, in her late 40s, with a blonde bob, wearing a long black puffer jacket. The man, woman and child are believed to have got out of a car together prior to the incident. Following the report, officers attended the area and carried out a search, but did not locate the individuals. We are keen to make sure the girl is okay and would urge anyone with information to get in touch with us. Call us on 101 quoting incident number 542 of 1 November. To report anonymously, call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
