Two arrested following investigation into drugs supply

Two men have been arrested as part of our investigation into drugs supply in Stoke-on-Trent.

On Thursday (31 July), officers from our Major and Organised Crime team stopped a taxi on Dunrobin Street, Dresden, Stoke-on-Trent and seized a suspected drugs line phone. 

Two addresses were then searched and £300 in cash was found. 

Two men, both 23 and from Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a class A drug.

They have been released under investigation whilst our enquiries continue.
