Sometime overnight of the 10th June to the 11th of June unknown offenders broke into two neighbouring houses in Dove Close, Burntwood. Both properties where broken into via the back patio doors. Draws were gone through along with bags and coats as the offenders looked for the keys to the vehicles parked on the driveways of the properties.

The keys to the vehicles were not found, and no vehicles were stolen from either property, nothing else was taken from the properties.

Please stay vigilant at all times, remember to use a faraday bag if you have a keyless vehicle, keep your keys in a safe secure place use a steering wheel lock for extra security.  Check the locks on your property, if you do not have anti snap locks on your doors please replace as both of the properties broken into did not have these on their patio doors.
