There has been 1 motorbike & 1 electric scrambler bike riding around North Lichfield in an antisocial manor recently. Riders & passenger have been wearing all black with 2 of them just wearing balaclavas.  The bikes are black but the scrambler has red on the handlebars. We are obviously keen to track down who these persons are. Anybody with any information as to who they are or where they come from is asked to contact us.
