Crime updates…

A motorbike has been stolen from an address on Richmond Rd, Hanford.  The motorbike is a Triumph BE 400 and is pictured below. It was stolen between 22:00 hours on 23/01/25 and 08:30 hours on 24/01/25. Could I kindly ask that if you have CCTV near to this locality, if you could please check for any sighting of the bike and the suspects(s). 

Officers are continuing to investigate this matter. If you have any information which may help our investigation please call 101 quoting incident 172 of 24/01/2025 - thank you.

Cannabis cultivation discovered….

On 23/01/2025 officers from our Response teams discovered a cannabis cultivation at a property on Niall Road. An offender was identified and has been issued with a Conditional Caution. 

Police street surgery updates 

Today (25/01/25) at 1400 - 14:15 there will be a Police Street Surgery on Queen Mary Road

What is a Police Street Surgery? - This is where I will be present at a randomly selected street and everyone is welcome to come and discuss any neighbourhood issues or just to say hello. A street surgery will be completed in every street in Trentham & Hanford. If you would like your street to be next, please let me know. 

Patrol updates  

Over the last couple of days I've tried my best to cover as much of the area as possible. Please find a full list of locations attended below. As always should you want increased patrols of any location, please let me know by replying to this message. 

On 24/01/2025 - A patrol of the canal was completed in the afternoon from Longton Road to Hanford. 

On 24/01/2025 - An early evening patrol of the canal was completed from Caspian Gr to Jonathan Road.

I am happy to report that I came across nothing but members of the public enjoying their walk along this fantastic location.
