Staffordshire Police have received a recent report regarding a rogue trader charging an excessive amount of money for a very simple task and then pressuring the resident into paying. The resident has paid and then the rogue trader has returned asking for more money saying they need more work doing. 

Please be advised that we do not recommend that anyone buys goods or services from anyone going door to door, please use reputable companies or recommendations from friends.

Please report any rogue traders using the 101 service or 999 in an emergency.
