On 02/10/2024 at around 04:35 we received a report of a male in the street swinging an axe.

Officers attended and located a male on Fossdale Road who was in possession of a “viking style” axe.

The 19 year old male from Stonydelph was arrested for possession of a bladed article in a public place. 

He has been released on bail pending a court appearance.
